By creating a Hypercurated account you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the app.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Hypercurated, including its matchmaking, messaging, and community features. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.
Hypercurated has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior of any kind. This includes, without limitation: harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, nudity or sexual content involving minors, graphic violence, self-harm promotion, impersonation, spam, and content that is illegal in the jurisdictions where the app is offered. Content or accounts that violate this policy will be removed and the responsible account will be actioned, up to and including permanent removal from the platform.
Every post, profile, and message can be reported directly in the app. Reports are reviewed by our team and, once actioned, offending content is removed and the responsible account may be suspended or permanently ejected. You can also block another user at any time — blocking removes their content from your feed immediately and notifies our team for review.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Hypercurated a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for what you post.
We may suspend or permanently disable any account that violates these Terms, including for objectionable content, abusive conduct, or a substantiated report from another user. We may also remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
Hypercurated includes AI-assisted features ("Digital Twin") that may draft messages, suggest content, or, where you have explicitly enabled it, take limited actions on your behalf. AI-authored or AI-assisted content is disclosed as such where it appears. You are responsible for reviewing anything sent using your account.
Hypercurated is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content, resonance scores, or any matchmaking outcome.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Hypercurated's HC Wallet lets you add funds via Razorpay and use them within the app. Wallet top-ups are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your full payment card or bank details. Creator "backing" pledges (BackRound) are non-refundable and grant access to perks only — they are not equity, securities, or a promise of financial return of any kind. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and processing time and may be declined if we cannot verify the destination bank account belongs to you.
